Outreach
Kent State University has made a commitment to find ways to work with the Northeast Ohio community through its main campus and regional campuses. The SLIS Usability Lab is one way in which the SLIS and IAKM can participate.
To date we have worked with Ohio public libraries, a large information software and systems provider, and a Cleveland-area marketing firm. More information on the projects related to these outreach efforts can be found on the Projects page.
